i consider myself an introspective and curious boy, aiming to treat everyone with kindness and always willing to make an effort to understand people and the world around me. one of my main goals is to live a peaceful and cozy life.i usually capture simple moments from my day through photos and texts, both on my blog and my social media platforms. photography, writing, and cooking are three hobbies that soothe my soul! i also enjoy researching about self-care in general.i'm selective about the people i connect with. that's because i seek authentic and genuine friendships, although i often lack social energy to develop them. while i'm flexible in many areas, i prefer sticking to my comfort zone on this front.despite this, i don't mind listening to people's struggles and offering advice to those who seek me out, regardless of whether i know them or not! helping those in need brings me joy ✧｡*.

my haircare routine

at the moment, my hair care routine is made up entirely of products from brazilian brands, not very accessible for those who live in other countries. i left the names in the portuguese version of my carrd.
i do hydration and nutrition once a week and reconstruction every 15 days! pre-shampoo only three times a week, and tonic whenever i wash my hair. acidification once a month. ends repairer twice a day. i make sure to comb it with an anti-breakage brush with soft bristles! i wash it three times a week with shampoo. i also use a satin cap for sleeping <3
